Privacy Policy

SEV Social Dashboard — operated by Sunrise Events Vietnam · Effective 1 August 2026

SEV Social Dashboard ("the App") is an internal marketing-analytics tool operated by Sunrise Events Vietnam ("we", "us"). It connects TikTok accounts that we own and operate for our own event brands — including the Techcombank Marathons, IRONMAN Vietnam and IRONKIDS — and compiles their public performance metrics into a private, staff-only reporting dashboard. The App is not offered to the public and has no consumer-facing features.

1. Information we access

After the holder of one of our TikTok accounts authorizes the App through TikTok Login, and only within the scopes granted, we access:

  • Basic profile (user.info.basic): the account's TikTok Open ID, display name and avatar — used to identify which of our accounts a set of metrics belongs to.

  • Account statistics (user.info.stats): follower count, following count, total likes and video count.

  • Public video list and metrics (video.list): for the account's own public videos — video ID, caption, creation time, cover image, share URL, and the aggregate view, like, comment and share counts.

2. Information we do NOT collect

  • No data from any TikTok account we do not own or operate.

  • No personal data about your followers or viewers, and no direct messages.

  • No watch-time, retention, audience demographics or traffic-source data. The App does not request these.

  • No advertising, biometric, location or payment data.

3. How we use the information

Solely to produce internal marketing performance reports and trend charts for our own event brands. Processing is limited to aggregation, storage and visualisation for Sunrise Events staff. We do not profile individuals, and we make no automated decisions about any person.

4. Storage, security and retention

  • Data is stored in a self-hosted database on a private server we control.

  • Access is restricted to authorized Sunrise Events staff and protected by Google single sign-on limited to our company domain.

  • Raw API responses are retained for at most 30 days and then deleted. Only aggregated metrics are kept for longer-term trend reporting.

  • Access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted at rest with restricted file permissions, and are never exposed in the dashboard, in logs, or in URLs.

5. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade or share this information with any third party. It is not used for advertising, and not for any purpose other than our own internal reporting.

6. Your choices and data deletion

The holder of a connected account can revoke the App's access at any time in TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions. On revocation we stop accessing the account and delete its stored tokens. To request deletion of previously stored metrics, contact us at the address below and we will delete them.

7. Compliance

Our access to and use of TikTok data complies with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service, the TikTok Developer Data Policy, and applicable Vietnamese data-protection law. Where those terms are more restrictive than this policy, they govern.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page.
