SEV Social Dashboard — operated by Sunrise Events Vietnam · Effective 1 August 2026

These Terms govern the use of SEV Social Dashboard ("the App"), an internal marketing-analytics tool operated by Sunrise Events Vietnam ("we", "us"). By connecting a TikTok account to the App you agree to these Terms.

1. What the App does

The App connects TikTok accounts that Sunrise Events owns and operates for its own event brands and compiles their public performance metrics — video views, likes, comments, shares and account statistics — into a private, staff-only reporting dashboard. It is an internal business tool. It is not sold, licensed, or made available to the public.

2. Authorized use

  • The App is for use by Sunrise Events staff, with TikTok accounts we own or are authorized to manage.

  • You will connect only accounts you are entitled to authorize, and you will comply with TikTok's own terms and community guidelines.

  • You will not use the App to access data of accounts you do not control, nor reverse-engineer, disrupt or misuse the service.

3. TikTok data

Data obtained from TikTok is accessed and used strictly in accordance with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and the TikTok Developer Data Policy, and is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. TikTok is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App.

4. Availability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for internal use. We may change, suspend or discontinue it at any time without notice.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind, and Sunrise Events is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from its use or from reliance on any metric it displays.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The effective date above will change when we do.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
